In stock merchandise ordered before 3pm Pacific time will be shipped the same business day! You can count on us to get you your order fast! Preorders will be shipped as soon as the merchandise arrives in store. If same day shipping is not possible, you will be notified of the actual ship date.

We try to update quantities available when stock gets low. Read item descriptions for notes on yardages or quantities remaining. We do our best to keep these up to date.

Shipping rates are estimates. Actual shipping rates will apply to all orders, and your order will be adjusted accordingly. If your order fits into a smaller package, you will NOT be charged the higher rate, your order total will be reduced! Please note that some items have additional shipping charges. These items are identified in their description, and include items like candles, banner hangers, and odd shaped items. If you would like a shipping quote before ordering, please email us the item and your zip code. We will be happy to give you a shipping quote!

The Crazy Quilter does not accept returns except under special circumstances. If you are displeased with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately so we can remedy the problem. In the case of a lost or damaged shipment, please contact the store via phone immediately.

International orders will be charged at higher International rates. The shipping charge will be added during checkout. This charge is an estimate, and actual shipping charges will apply to your order. We ship USPS Priority on most orders, unless you specify otherwise. Please notify us if you prefer to save on shipping, and we can ship first class USPS at a reduced rate. Also, small orders such as 1 yard of fabric, a few fat quarters, etc. that can be shipped for much less than $4.95 will be sent first class to save you shipping!

We will unroll jelly rolls to provide safer, less expensive shipping, unless you request otherwise. Jelly rolls ordered with other merchandise may be shipped in the roll at no extra charge if the packaging allows. Please list your preference (rolled or unrolled) in the comments on your order form.
