In stock merchandise ordered before 3pm Pacific time will be shipped the same business day. All other orders will be shipped the next business day (Monday - Saturday)Preorders will be shipped as soon as the merchandise arrives in store. If same day shipping is not possible, you will be notified of the expected ship date.
Minimum yardage cut is 1/3 yard.
We try to update quantities available when stock gets low. Read item descriptions for notes on yardages or quantities remaining. We do our best to keep these up to date, and should your requested quantity not be available we follow the instructions included with your order. Orders that state "Send what you have" will be shipped the available quantity.
Shipping Charges and Methods
Shipping rates are estimates. We ship USPS Priority for most orders so your order will be adjusted to the actual cost for this method. If your order fits into a smaller package and we feel comfortable sending it First Class, you will be charged a reduced rate from Priority. Occassionally items may need to be shipped in a larger package than the shopping cart charges for. You will be charged actual shipping in this case, and you will receive an updated total with your shipment confirmation email.
Please note that some items have additional shipping charges. Many of these items are identified in their description, and include fragile or heavier items like candles, quilt hangers, and odd shaped items. If you would like a shipping quote before ordering, please email us the item and your zip code. We will be happy to give you a prompt shipping quote!
Jelly Rolls
Jelly rolls are usually unrolled for shipment, as they do not fit in a flat rate envelope otherwise. In some circumstances, jelly rolls can be left rolled. For example, if you order additional merchandise that requires a box and leaving the jelly roll does not affect shipping charges. We will always choose the least expensive option for you. If you prefer your jelly roll stay rolled, please state this in the notes of your order, and we will email you the actual shipping charges with your shipment confirmation.
Returns Policy
The Crazy Quilter only accepts returns or refunds if the store is at fault. (Example: you are charged an incorrect price) While this is rare, we are not perfect! If you find a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately. We will remedy the problem to the best of our ability, and within reason. In the case of a lost or damaged shipment, please contact the store via phone.
If you are unsure of fabric choice (color, pattern, etc.) please contact us for a fabric sample. We will provide up to 3 fabric samples at no charge. A sample is a 2.5"x2.5" square of fabric. This is the safest way to ensure you are satisfied with your fabric purchase, as fabric purchases cannot be returned.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance will be added to your total if you request it. Please include this request in the notes section of your order, and we will insure your package and email you a shipping total with your order shipment confirmation. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments that are not insured. Especially fragile items that require insurance are noted in their description. We will automatically add insurance to these items on your order.
International orders will be charged at International rates. Estimated shipping charge will be added during checkout, but these charges are only an estimate, and actual shipping charges will apply to your order. We do not charge a handling fee, you will only be charged actual shipping charges. Most International orders start at $12.00 shipping for up to 4 yards of fabric.
We ship USPS Priority on most orders. Please notify us if you prefer to save on shipping, and we can ship First Class USPS at the lower rate. However, First Class does not allow for tracking in case of a lost shipment. For this reason, we prefer to use First Class USPS only when it is reasonably safe (most often when you are located close to Idaho) and will save you more than $1-$2 cost.
