How long will my order take to arrive?

We ship most orders USPS Priority Mail. These take 3-5 business days within the U.S.A. and 7-10 business days everywhere else. We send you order out within 1-2 business days of order placement. If there is a delay in your shipment beyond 2 days, we will notify you by email or phone.

How is shipping calculated?

Your shipping is calculated based on USPS Flat Rates and costs processing, based on the dollar amount of your order. All in-stock orders processed and shipped within 1 business day.  Most orders are sent U.S.P.S. Priority Mail. Shipping will be automatically added to your order during checkout, based on your order subtotal.  However, some times this pre-assigned rate is too high, and we will adjust it appropriatly during order processing.  International rates are harder to assign, and may be too high or too low. You are not charged a final total until we have submitted your order and corrected all amounts.  (See approximate pre-assigned rates below)

Ordering from Our Website

Is my credit card information secure?

Our website processes all purchases through Paypal, which is a highly secure website.  Your credit card information is completely confidential and secure through out order processing.  When you place your order, Paypal will authorize the payment with your card company.  The transaction is not finalized until we process your order and tell Paypal the amount is correct.  This allows us to adjust for items that are sold out, or to adjust shipping charges up or down depending on your order.  We always charge actual shipping, and we will save you money where-ever we can!

How is fabric measured?

We measure fabric cuts by the yard.  When you order, you are ordering a cut of fabric in fractions of a yard, with the minimum cut being 1/2 yd. (18 inches)  For example, to order 1/2 yard, order a quantity of ".5" and you will receive 18" of fabric.  We will cut your fabric to the nearest inch based on the quantity you order.

Is there a minimum order amount?

The minimum fabric cut when ordering from our website is 1/2 yd.  There are no other minimum order amounts.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of quilting products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Fabrics are most often cut to your order, and books and patterns are copyrighted. However, we do want you to be happy with your order. If you find a mistake in your order, please notify us immediately by phone at 208-877-1214 or email info@crazyforquilting.com with the details, so we can make it right.

What if my fabric is not exactly what I needed?

We offer free samples of up to 3 fabrics, to make sure you get exactly the right fabric for your project. Colors can vary from computer screen to computer screen, and our idea of description might not be exactly your idea of description. When in doubt, always ask for a sample first, since we cannot accept returns on fabric. We also provide the manufacturer's pattern/color number in each fabric item, as another way for you to match the fabric to what you are looking for.

Store Hours & Information

What are your hours?

The store in Deary is open Thursday and Friday, from 10am to 3pm, Saturdays from 10am-4pm.  We adjust our hours seasonaly, so this website is always the best way to check current hours. If you cannot make it during these hours, please call ahead to see about an appointment. We don't mind trying to accomadate you, you just have to ask!


Where are you located?

We are located at the corner of 1st and Idaho St. in Deary, ID. Deary is about 50 miles north of Lewiston and 25 miles east of Moscow. To find the store:

1. Turn south onto Idaho St. from Hwy 8. (between Deary Saw & Lawn and "Fuzzy's")
2. Follow Idaho St. up the hill one block, to 1st.
3. Crazy for Quilting is on the northwest corner of 1st and Idaho St.
